The In-Residence program was launched with huge support from Matt Tsourdalakis, a UX expert and a long-time Academy Xi community member who is passionate about design leadership. Inspired by his idea of transforming Australia into the hub of UX knowledge and leadership, we’ve taken this onboard as a key driver for the program and we look forward to attracting more like-minded people to this growing community of talented designers changing the future right now.
