Throughout my career, people have always been at the heart of my work. As a Service Designer, I work to uncover customer and employee needs through research and translate those findings to design future services and digital products. And now as a Design Mentor, I get to support people who are developing their craft in design and guide them on steps to take – or simply act as someone to speak to.
In my work, I love learning, observing and telling stories that help connect the dots, bringing others along on a journey of discovery and improving experiences.
