Hi, I’m Jon. I’m a service designer. My background is in business systems. I wanted to stretch my creativeness and create more meaningful solutions, so I found myself jumping over the fence from business analytics to service design. I’m passionate about making the world a better place through systems thinking and design thinking. You can call this my sweet spot!

What’s your motivation for becoming a DiR?

I wanted to join the DiR program to step outside of my usual circle to gain new perspectives and be part of giving back to others through support and shared experiences.

What are your hobbies and interests?

Lego, photography, exercise, indoor plants (growing a green thumb), reading and recently learning about watches and data visualisation.
