This program is anchored by a suite of free lunch & learns. Run exclusively for your staff, these sessions start at the beginning, introducing core concepts and tools in an engaging virtual forum.
Our 1-day courses build on this base by putting the tools in your hands. Delivered through the lens of common workplace scenarios using live projects from your organisation, learners come away with toolkits that can be applied in their roles.

We worked closely with the Xi team as our strategic design partner, to co-design a customer-centric Way of Working framework, set of supporting capabilities and a guidebook containing tools and templates.
