Each learner within your team will receive a digital credential. Digital credentials are a graphical representation of the learner’s new skills, combined with a description of the knowledge and activities it took them to earn it.
Digital badges can be used in email signatures or digital resumes, and on your learner’s LinkedIn profile.

Upon completing an Academy Xi Intro Course, each learner will receive their own toolkit designed to help them easily draw on. These toolkits include practical exercises, scenarios, frameworks and devices to support continued use.

You can use these courses as a way to give a specific team certain skills or you can use them as a way to bring together specific people from across the business. They are an excellent opportunity for team-building, skills development and as a way to embed a shared language.
Our team came to Academy Xi for some group training in UX & Service Design. The purpose of this training was to help establish common practices and outputs for the team. The training was a tailored experience, to ensure that all team members would get something out of it, and felt engaged.
It was a great team building exercise, and really helped us agree on methodology - which in turn helped us have a common approach within the workplace - which helped enormously in streamlining our approach.

The Intro to Human-Centred Design course was a great team building exercise. A lot of interesting concepts were covered. My team also got the opportunity to collaborate with participants from other divisions on problems specific to our organisation (as opposed to hypothetical problems). Every participant got something useful out of the day.
