Gulandam Khan

Professional background: Senior Management Consultant at PwC

Gulandam currently works at PwC as a Management Consultant, where she specialises in customer strategy, service design and digital transformation with a focus on the public sector, governments and not-for-profit organisations. Prior to PwC, she worked at tech giant IBM – specialising in customer experience and technology strategy across multiple industries including higher education, federal government, retail and more. 

To add, Gulandam is also the co-founder of the not-for-profit organisation “Not Too Young To” which aims to improve the political participation and civic engagement amongst young Australians. She has also been a research scholar for OECD Forum in Paris (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) focusing on trends in automation, digitisation as well as impact on Australian workforces – and how inclusive societies can best be created through partnerships and shared value.
