I am always driven and inspired by how different cultures can impact human behaviour and decision making – especially how the context and environment influence why and how people act and, behave. As a CX Lead, I turn the customer voice into insights, and insights into possibilities, and bring possibilities to life in ways that move customers – to take action.
What’s your motivation for becoming a DiR?
I joined the DIR program because I want to share my experience and learnings with upcoming designers so they can start their design career and guide them to be better at their job.
What are your hobbies and interests?
These days, you often can find me reading history books, hiking, gardening, or cooking.
