As a service designer, I want to have services that meet both user needs and business objectives, provide a good experience for the people who deliver them as well as the public who use them. I joined the DiR program as a mentor because it’s a great opportunity to support the next generation of designers and develop coaching skills. Plus the DiR program has a community of like-minded creatives to bounce ideas with.
