Professional background: Associate Director – CX Design at Optus

Gaetan Germain is currently an Associate Direction for CX Design at Optus where he has a passion to assist companies in transforming and disrupting their industries through the design of intuitive and memorable experiences. During the beginning of his career, he worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture – which slowly transitioned into a Service Designer at The Customer Experience Company, then the Head of Customer Experience at Foxtel.
