He has 20 years experience in helping businesses put users at the heart of their decisions by expediting and optimising design processes – his experiences span across variable senior roles within User Experience Design – including the Head of User Experience at Trinity Mirror Group, CX Programme Lead for Westpac Group in Sydney, Australia and as a freelancer, has built tactical, long-lasting campaigns for a number of clients including: Hyundai, Pizza Hut, Kimberly-Clark, the Queensland Government, ebay and more.
