I am a passionate design research leader. The reason why I’ve dedicated over 15 years of my career on behavioural research leadership is for one core purpose – which is, to make a difference. That’s not just for the customer or end user, but also for other aspiring UXers and CXers who love creating those delightful experiences.
What’s your motivation for becoming a DiR?
I’ve been fortunate enough to have had amazing leaders and mentors throughout my career. I truly believe that without them I wouldn’t be a fraction of the practitioner I am now. I would love to return that knowledge, inspiration and passion that I was given to the next wave of upcoming designers and researchers.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Cricket, Golf, Muay Thai, Cooking
