Professional background: Design Leader / Consultant at RXP

I’m passionate about leadership and building leadership skills in those around me. One of the main reasons I signed up as a Designer-in-Residence is I’d love to see Australia become an HCD hot-spot for innovation, talent and best-in-class design work. I believe if we, who are already working in the industry, pull together and share generously with the next wave of designers, we’re going to see our beloved industry go from strength to strength. I’m excited to see what the future of HCD holds for Australia and beyond.
