Spanning 20+ years, Leola’s Marketing career has been as rewarding as it’s been diverse. Having worked in Global Enterprise, Professional Services, Consultancy, Not-for-profit and Startup in the Tech, Hospitality, Legal, Events, Charity, Print and Education sectors – Leola boasts experience across the Marketing mix for a range of industries, working with brands such as Nestle, BT, Wormald, Toyota, Lexus and AIB.

To add to a fruitful Marketing career, Leola has also started businesses, mentors high-school students, was a winner of the 2018 DXC SpringBoard Insurtech Competition and is a regular on the media circuit including SBS Insight, Sydney Morning Herald, 7News, Startup Smart and Dynamic Business to name a few.

Leola is currently Head of Growth at Academy Xi – “If this isn’t practicing what we preach – I don’t know what is!”, Leola said. The Growth team focuses on taking the Xi business into its new phase of Digital Transformation.
