Professional background: Co-founder and Director of Innovation & Design

Eddy has worked in the corporate banking world for over 22 years and has over a decade of senior product management experience, including managing the Home Loan product suite of Australia’s largest bank and home lender; The Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He has worked in product development/engineering, customer acquisition/retention, sales, and customer experience. Having worked and gained exposure to all parts of the Product Management life cycle, Eddy brings a wealth of expertise, practical experience, and learnings on what it takes to be a successful Product Manager.

He also has extensive experience in the area of Human-Centred Design, and is passionate about designing and building innovative products, services and solutions with the customer at front and centre.
