Professional background: Digital Experience Lead at RACV

Ben Gilmore currently leads a number of our User Experience (UX) Design. He has over 17 years experience in UX Design and four years of experience in managing design teams across various industries including telecommunications, health, and education. With a strong passion for his work and a deep interest in design methodology, Ben’s enjoys agile and lean UX as well as the overall process of product and service delivery.

My strengths lie in effective communication, the interpretation of business requirements and users needs. My focus is a strong collaboration design process between disciplines and achieving creative solutions based on research and data.
