Professional background: Lead UX Design instructor at Academy Xi

For over 20 years, Hayden Peters was a Director, Designer and Consultant for 1888 Productions – where he assisted with various initiatives such as leading digital innovation, gamification, interaction design and much more. His wealth of experience during this time had a history of many clients, including: The Australian Government, Nestle, Miramax/Dimension Films, Melbourne Fashion Festival, Crown Casino and many more. 

To add, Hayden’s career has spanned across various industries – from a Digital Design Manager at Australia Post and a Digital Director for Mobile New Group (which was based in Shanghai City, China), managing teams across Android, iOS, strategy, marketing and UX UI design. Additionally, he has also assisted efforts for National Australia Bank as a Consulting UX UI Designer where he assisted with the production of NAB’s banking app and has also worked with AGL Energy. 

Currently, he is the Lead Experience Design Instructor at Academy Xi where he has mentored and grown teams both locally and internationally across a variety of services and technologies.
