Professional background: Founder at YUZA Experience

Grant has 20 years experience in helping businesses put users at the heart of their decisions by expediting and optimising design processes as well as design teams to be more efficient at design and generate revenue for businesses. His career has spanned across variable senior roles within User Experience Design – including the Head of User Experience at Trinity Mirror Group, which was based in London, United Kingdom, housing major brands such as Daily Mirror and Daily Echo. He was also a CX Programme Lead for Westpac Group in Sydney, Australia and as a freelancer, has built tactical, long-lasting campaigns for a number of clients including: Hyundai, Pizza Hut, Kimberly-Clark, the Queensland Government, ebay and many more. 

Currently, Grant is the Founder of YUZA Experience which houses a collective of UX experts, assisting people around the world to maximise their potential through training and mentorship. He also enjoys teaching and mentoring young designers and expediting their journey into the HCD world.
