Professional background: Lead Service Designer at Infoxchange

Beccy Hulme comes with over nine years of experiences across service design and graphic design. Prior to her role at Infoxchange, she has worked as a Service Designer at MAKE STUDIOS – a strategic design agency situated in Melbourne where they aim to innovate systems, cultures and capabilities. She has an extensive portfolio from clients of various industries – spanning from education to government, including: Melbourne University, Australian Catholic University as well as City of Melbourne.

To add, Beccy also worked as a Visual Producer for the Australian Conservation Foundation – a national environmental advocacy organisation where she contributed as part of the Engagement team, in applying creative methods to remove barriers and bottlenecks that community members experience within an environment.
