Our name (pronounced “ex-eye”) and logo are a reflection of the critical role we play in shaping our own lives and the world around us.
In mathematics, “X” is a variable, a problem that needs to be solved, and “i” stands for the personal responsibility and power to solve the problem. Brought together, “Xi” reflects our commitment to not only identifying problems in the world, but also becoming part of the solution.
