A highly respected educational leader, Vincent joined Academy Xi in 2018. Prior senior executive roles with Open Colleges Australia, Open Universities Australia and Kaplan International Colleges. Vincent has a deep understanding of the role of learning in driving digital transformation as well as successfully scaling online learning companies. He has dual Masters degrees in business (MBA) and adult education.

An experienced CFO with proven skills in financial management and operational leadership, Cyril holds dual Masters in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration. He was a finalist in the Australian CFO awards in both 2022 and 2023. Cyril was CFO at Prosys and successfully lead the sale of the business to Convergint. Prior to this Cyril worked at VFS, Lloyds and Ford. Cyril leads the company’s Enterprise business among other things.

Previously co-founder of Open Colleges Australia and Think Education Group (now Torrens University) – two of Australia’s largest private education institutions. Anthony is a major investor in Academy Xi and an ex-officio member of the Executive Team. Anthony was a member of the NSW Government’s Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board for four years and was appointed by the Minister for Education to the Tertiary Education Pathways Committee.

Our name (pronounced “ex-eye”) and logo are a reflection of the critical role we play in shaping our own lives and the world around us.
In mathematics, “X” is a variable, a problem that needs to be solved, and “i” stands for the personal responsibility and power to solve the problem. Brought together, “Xi” reflects our commitment to not only identifying problems in the world, but also becoming part of the solution.
