Grant is the Founder of YUZA Experience which houses a collective of UX experts, assisting people around the world to maximise their potential through training and mentorship. He has 20 years experience in helping businesses put users at the heart of their decisions by expediting and optimising design processes – his experiences span across variable senior roles within User Experience Design – including the Head of User Experience at Trinity Mirror Group, CX Programme Lead for Westpac Group in Sydney, Australia and as a freelancer, has built tactical, long-lasting campaigns for a number of clients including: Hyundai, Pizza Hut, Kimberly-Clark, the Queensland Government, ebay and more.
