Professional background:  Program Design Lead at Australia Post

Sharbani Dhar is the Lead Designer for MyPost Consumer Program – the customer portal for Australia Post. She is responsible for leading strategic design solutions for its consumer-facing application and platform. Sharbani is a strong advocate and actively implements collaborative work methodologies to guide UX adoption in a highly agile production environment.

She has close to ten years of experience working as a UX and Service Designer across various organisations and platforms. When she is not contemplating trials and tribulations of design, she can be found taking lessons on the philosophy of life and beyond — from her four-year-old toddler.
