Leadership within business becomes increasingly important as large sections of the innovation landscape continue to refine their strategic visions to focus on experience. Human centred design principles are becoming more broadly applied across a range of business disciplines. Techniques and tools are consistently utilised to solve problems around people, product, customer, community and, of course, user experience.
Academy Xi is pleased to welcome a diverse panel of leaders in business, experience and product design to share stories about their current projects, their emergence as leaders in the field, and memorable design case studies. With a particular focus on diversity, and how they rose through the ranks in the notoriously difficult digital eco-system, this event will inspire and educate. Young people will find inspiration in the stories of success, and everyone will find the practical advice invaluable in your workplace or next project.
Don’t miss this thoughtful discussion that will demonstrate how the consideration of everyone’s perspective will lead to a greater experience for all.
