Prior to setting up Stage3, he headed up the Asia Pacific region for Global Fintech startup, Tuxedo Money Solutions; as well as being Director, Prepaid Products at Visa Inc. and have over 15 years experience in the Financial Services sector across strategy, product, and sales.

She is passionately involved in the global podcast community, having spoken at events including Melbourne’s PauseFest and Podcast Movement in the USA.

Dr Andi Horvath

Dr Andi Horvath heads up podcasting at the University of Melbourne. She is fondly referred to as the Pod mother on campus. She shares industry expertise, provides training, and co-produces various branded podcasts.
She has been podcasting since 2008 and in 2011 won an international multimedia award for her podcast ‘Access all Areas’ that ventured behind the scenes of the Museum’s research and collections.
She is a seasoned public speaker in communications and a freelance mc. She also trains students, researchers, and scientists in media and communication mindsets.

Prior to starting her own business, she worked in Operational & Product roles in Food Tech & Legal Tech Startups, eCommerce & at some of the worlds most awarded Advertising Agencies, managing large scale digital projects for blue chip clients.
Through years of experience in the Creative Arts, Marketing & Communications sector and an extensive background in Spirituality & Human Behaviour, Phoebe fuses her unique background to drive radically different transformational experiences for her clients and audience, offering respite and solace. She speaks and facilitates workshops on the topics of Vulnerability, Leadership, Creative Entrepreneurship & Inspired Action.
