Kevin is the Senior Product Manager overseeing the design, delivery and deployment of mobile apps at Latitude Financial Services. Kev has worked in mobile and web for the past 15 years - starting in UX at Sony Ericsson, then moving on to lead design and delivery of award winning products and designs with Hutchinson Whampoa's global team. Transitioning to product management was a natural fit as he sought to bring both value for the customer and the company. Having worked in Europe, China and America, Kev has now been based in Australia for nearly 6 years, settling into the coffee & brunch culture, whilst trying to maintain following rugby union.

Lucy Bloomfield

Lucy Bloomfield is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years in the digital space. Since then, she's co-founded a successful eCommerce business (www.trefiel.com) which she grew from 0 to 10,000 customers in 18 months, with a 40% return customer rate (double her industry standard).

Now, she has an ethical eCommerce accelerator, helping launch and build game-changing physical product businesses (www.business2ic.com). She's a writer, speaker and a passionate supporter of emerging businesses and industries.

Tara is passionate about facilitating change through the cultivation and exploration of new ideas.

Combing a background in business management with service design and recently acquired product management skills, Tara manages Aurecon’s internal ideation platform. A platform responsible for translating of innovative ideas into commercial value, all the while helping to drive a culture of innovation and design thinkers.
