Event Description

As valued alumni, we want YOU to shape the future direction and content of the events.

If you’ve ever experienced The Imposter Syndrome where you feel like you or your work isn’t good enough, or feelings of overstimulation, or overwhelm our exclusive alumni-only event is specifically tailored for you.

Let us help you overcome the negativity that stifles productivity and help unlock positive thought processes to reignite your creativity and embed them in your everyday life! The one-hour keynote will cover:

  • The power of perception
  • The science of the fight or flight response and how to overcome this with the 5 Second Rule
  • How to reframe your negative bias to positive
  • Tips on how to increase your creativity and overcome fears

Post the keynote, we’ll also hold a short activity and put Human-Centred Design into practice. We’d love to hear what you would like out of an alumni program, what events, speakers, or activity you’d like to see, and how we can shape a stronger community.

PS. Pizza, drinks, and prizes at the event!

We’ll also be running some cool activities and a competition on the day, so come along to win some awesome prizes!
