Tech for Social Good
31 July 2019
The Executive Centre, Fraser's Tower, Level 17, 182 Cecil Street, Singapore
Technology has disrupted numerous industries, from healthcare to real estate, to taxis and even meditation.
In many ways technology has made our lives easier, but at what cost? Nearly everyone around us has a smartphone and is hyperconnected to one another, yet less people can hold a meaningful conversation with complete strangers.
In an age where micro-plastics are filling our oceans, child exploitation is on the rise and humanity is being pulled into question; we need to explore whether we can we use technology for social good.
At our event, Tech for Social Good, our expert panelists will explore:
- What tech companies are currently doing to drive social good
- Case studies and examples of tech for social good
- Upcoming projects and initiatives that will use tech to benefit society
