Join us for Industry Night, an evening of inspirational talks, networking and students’ portfolio presentation!
Exclusive portfolio presentations
Industry Night is our quarterly high point, where our talented UX and Service Design graduates showcase their portfolios to the design community and hiring organisations.
After going through a robust 10-week program combining theoretical and hands-on practice, our graduates are ready for their next challenge. Students’ portfolios are the result of their collaboration with real-life clients, tangible business challenges and fixed deadlines.
Industry Night is instrumental in providing our graduates with interactions, exposure and feedback from experienced designers and industry figures as they showcase their thought process, problem-solving abilities and skills throughout their portfolio.

Human-Centred Design for Social Impact
Sunil is a human-centred designer who likes zooming out to appreciate the systems level challenges we face as a community, country and species in creating our preferred futures. But also likes zooming in to build empathy and understanding to solve problems at the individual level, and deliver engaging, useful experiences.
This ying-yang tension has seen Sunil tackle interaction level, digital challenges across banking, education and start ups, and also system level complexities such as the circular economy, health and homelessness.
With each challenge requiring different tools, the human is always at the heart and Sunil brings a strong desire to understand people, through connection, research and observation, to honour lived experience and articulate desired futures.
When not zooming in or out, he's chasing after two young boys.
