Stefanie Di Russo is a Principal Designer for NAB. She takes a design-led, human-centred approach, working with clients and research participants in a collaborative and empathetic setting. Prior to joining NAB, Stefanie worked as a Strategic Designer for Deloitte, whilst completing a PhD in Design Thinking, specialising in understanding how a design approach is adopted in large-scale, complex projects. Through her PhD she consulted with industry professionals and academics on design thinking research, practice, and design ethnography. Stefanie has taught and lectured for Masters and Bachelor courses in design and design anthropology. Stefanie is currently working on developing the field of behavioural design practice.
Matt works as a Lead CX Designer in NAB’s innovation hub, NAB Labs. Matt’s interest in human behaviour began with his Bachelor of Behavoural Science at LaTrobe University, and has been the consistent theme throughout his career. Matt spent many years in specialist HR roles, and included responsibility for designing succession planning strategies, and Talent & Leadership development programmes. Recently Matt was a founding member of the team that commenced the Customer Journeys programme at NAB, and was accountable for building NAB’s Customer Journeys Playbook. The program now has over 300 people working in cross-function agile teams across NAB.
Anton Stout is the founder of Clue Group, creator of uxdcards.com and sxdcards.com. He is an established Innovation Lead and Product Owner with experience as a writer, co-founder and MBA lecturer in Poland and Germany. Anton continues to invest in his passions for startups and Design Thinking, innovation, Business Models, clean tech, social enterprise, and training and education.
With a background in architecture, Pete’s career encompasses diverse design disciplines, including user experience, customer experience, digital and graphic design. He enjoys problem solving and strategic thinking to innovate intelligent design solutions. He combines research insights and astute lateral thinking with strong technical understanding. Pete brings a wealth of design leadership experience to his work. He’s skilled at collaborating, co-ordinating and leading diverse stakeholder and consultant teams. He has a strong understanding of the process of creation and delivery of user-centred projects from research and design, to production and implementation.
