Samir is the Founder & CEO of Robonomics AI, an Australian-born multinational technology startup that democratises AI adoption using an AI-First approach. He is registered with the Australian Government’s Research Council as a researcher in AI and has been leading the development of Deep Learning algorithms.
Samir is one of the industry leaders who established offshoring as the prime delivery methodology for transformation projects in Australia and New Zealand. He was the MD for HCL Australia and previously head of Global operations of the SAP Practice at TCS. He has led teams of 2000 + FTEs several times and has delivered large complex transformation programs.
Samir has been a keynote speaker in multiple events and has been featured in leading publications across the globe.

Ross has worked in this space for 15 years, hailing from a technology background himself. Ross has helped shape talent growth strategy for firms, mentored and advised candidates in their careers from graduates to CxO level, he has also sat on panels discussing industry trends, technology, diversity and the future of the workforce.
Ross currently works with a number of firms around emerging technologies, especially Data driven transformation such as AI and is always happy to share insight where he can.

Amudha Karuppannan heads Channel Sales and Alliances for EdgeVerve across APAC and India.

This includes; discovering automation opportunities, automating business processes using unattended/attended/cognitive bots, managing and scaling these bots, delivering end to end AI programs using Data, ML, Contract analytics, Vision & Automation platforms and providing AI powered plug & play business applications.

Suparna has over 21 years of in-depth experience in Global Financial services (AXA & Zurich Financial Services), Infrastructure (Broadband Network) Industry, and policy advocacy in CII, a leading Indian Industry association.
Her leadership experience ranges from Service Delivery (leading 250+ FTE) to Global Program Management across Europe, US and Asia.
She has led several Global & local Strategic Transformations Programs in diverse fields, namely, Robotics Process Automation, Customer Experience, Regulatory, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and offshoring.

Pavel is RPA and AI Evangelist with deep and broad experience in the business process automation field across different industries. He believes in profound changes that will happen in our business environment during the next few years and makes these changes real. Pavel known for his background in Agile practices and bringing them into RPA development model. Pavel is the founder and one of the leaders of Robotic Process Automation communities in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
