There’s been a misconception that millennials, on Generation Y (born between 1981-1996) are lazy, selfish, and entitled.
Yet current research on this generation of people, born in the light of the 21st century has shone them in a completely light. Millennials are not exactly who we think they are.
In fact, many entrepreneurial changemakers are disrupting traditional industries such as Ruslan Kogan, 36-year-old Founder of Kogan.com, Nicholas Molner 28-year-old Founder of Afterpay & Kayla Itsines 28-year-old Fitness Mogul who is reportedly worth a cool $486M just to name just a few.
So do we really know the millennial generation, and how can they benefit evolving society as we know on a whole?
At our presentation, Rise of the New Millennial, we’ll discuss:
- How millennials are shaping the world around us
- Entrepreneurial stories from the millennial generation
- Some of the challenges doing business as a millennial and millennial myths
- How coaching and values are the new currency to connect with millennials and why
