The concept of ‘product ownership’ was born at the intersection of responsibilities of a Product Manager, Project Manager, and Designer.

Product Ownership involves managing the customer, business, and technological needs of a business. But how do you take ownership of a product without letting a product’s scope blow out of proportion and exposing your product or business to risk?
