Service Design Lead at MAKE Studios
Kasia is a Service Design Lead at MAKE Studios. She has experience delivering service design projects across education, utility and NFP sectors. With a talent for research, she designed and led the research approach for projects ranging from improving emergency response and recovery processes to re-designing the employee experience for a large corporate. She has led multidisciplinary teams to shape and deliver new-to-market services, such as a new solar offering at AGL. A passionate teacher, she builds HCD capability in organisations and for students in the classroom.
She loves to instil a passion for visual thinking in people, especially those who think that they ‘can’t draw’ - she believes that visual communication is a fantastic way to explain complex ideas, bring teams together, and ensure transparency. By night, she makes illustrations and paintings, and experiments with photography for inspiration.
