Event Description

Let’s come together on International Women’s Day to ignite a conversation on how you celebrate the women in your life and workplace. We’ll discuss what more we could be doing to unite and empower one another as women, leaders and humans. We all have the power to contribute and promote #EachforEqual. How will you show your support?

While we do want to empower and inspire women on IWD, this isn’t just a conversation for women. The rise of women shouldn’t be the downfall of men #EachforEqual is a movement and the responsibility of us all to get involved. In order to create real impact and change, we must all join forces, take a stand and challenge the status quo.

Please note that attendee details will be shared with our event partner Rainbow Fire Love Queen.

Nardia Joy

Director of Nardia Joy

Nardia is the director of NardiaJoy, a transformational leadership company, which teaches founders and leaders in startups to lead from the inside, authentically and to find a way of leading that brings out the best in them and their teams. With clients such as Koala, Creative Cubes and St Frock Nardia helps their leaders gain a deep understanding of why they do what they do, become self aware of their impact and take ownership. Nardia shows founders how their people, teams and culture are a reflection of them, what they do well and what they don’t. Her work is deeply transformational.

A self-professed love teacher, Nardia is also building a community of women through her new venture Rainbow Fire Love Queen, whose mission it is to teach women how to love themselves, from the inside out, just as they are. Nardia believes that self love is the single most important lesson that we need to learn. That when we know how to love ourselves, just as we are, we can then stop outsourcing and hustling for love and approval in all the wrong places. Nardia is real and raw, she breaks down barriers and encourages women to talk about the real issues affecting women, the issues that others avoid. Her events are refreshingly honest, they expose your fears and triggers and allow you to be vulnerable and own your power. Nardia delivers a brutal dose of the truth, with love.
