Paul's formal career in Product Management began after he sold his multi-national ecommerce business to focus on the aspects of business management that made him happy: developing a deep understanding of customer pain points to create technology-based products that make a difference, especially for small businesses.
Paul is passionate about efficiency and reducing wastefulness, and so adopts a lean approach to product development. Paul considers himself a "full-stack" product manager and has coded a number of applications from scratch using the Ruby on Rails framework.
