Andrea Ho

Growth Product Manager at Atlassian

Andrea Ho is a Growth Product Manager at Atlassian with a background in design and an eye for data. She started out in customer support in a small start up before moving into client education and finding her passion in Product Management. Since then she's worked on API integrations with the ATO and managed online tax products at myob, AI/ML mobile apps and workflow managment tools at Ansarada, before joining the growth team at Atlassian. She's passionate about educating teams to work with a product mindset, and coaching new and aspiring product managers.

Paul Middleton

Head of Product at CAMPAIGNxpress

Paul Middleton is the Head of Product at SaaS startup CAMPAIGNxpress. Paul's formal career in Product Management began after he sold his multi-national ecommerce business to focus on the aspects of business management that made him happy: developing a deep understanding of customer pain points to create technology-based products that make a difference, especially for small businesses.

Paul is passionate about efficiency and reducing wastefulness, and so adopts a lean approach to product development. Paul considers himself a "full-stack" product manager and has coded a number of applications from scratch using the Ruby on Rails framework.

Kwan Ho Chan

Product Manager at ReachOut Australia

Kwan works as a Product Manager at ReachOut, Australia’s leading NFP digital mental health organisation for young people. At ReachOut, Kwan currently works on the Parents and Schools range of digital products. He believes that finding product/market fit is the first step in creating a sustainable product and is focused on understanding user behavior and a balanced approach in delivering value to both users and business.
