Publicis Sapient, 16 Collyer Quay, #04-02, Singapore
Academy Xi has teamed up with Publicis Sapient; a digital transformation company in Singapore (and beyond) to run a series of events about all things human-centred design and emerging tech.
Publicis Sapient has a strong history of utilising the disruptive power of technology with human expertise to deliver business value, and they have a pretty awesome team doing it too!
As the digital realm becomes intertwined with our everyday lives a new kind of ‘always connected’ customer has emerged. To stay competitive, companies that put their customer at the heart of transformation, and embrace digital experiences enhanced by emerging technologies, will reign.
This requires a mindset shift, one that we will explore at this event, along with:
- The role of design in innovation initiatives and digital transformation
- How companies are embracing digital customer experiences and emerging technologies
- The challenges companies face when embarking on a journey to digital transformation
- Trends of emerging skills and talent required in this digital age
