The global retail industry is undergoing large-scale digital disruption. On the back of e-commerce giants such as Amazon and Alibaba, global online sales now account for over $2 trillion dollars a year. With this wave has come an increased focus by businesses on applying human-centred design principles to improve their understanding of customers, and ultimately delivering exceptional retail experiences.
Our event Future of Retail Experiences will feature panelists from backgrounds in product design, visual merchandising and marketing, who will share their learnings of how to exceed customer expectations in this highly competitive retail environment, and bridge the gap between online and brick-and-mortar experiences.

Tony Low | Head of Experience @ SISTIC
As The Head of Experience at SISTIC Tony’s role focuses on developing SISTIC’s products and services experiences whilst overall customer experience across multiple channels are met. He also leads the designing of experiences for emerging technologies with other product owners.
Prior to this role, Tony was one of the design lead for FJORD/Accenture, and Digital Creative Director for a few Agencies in Singapore and Malaysia designing digital services for business like telco and finance in Asia.

Gintare is a multidisciplinary emerging technology product developer and strategist with several years of experience in deploying bespoke retail-technology for leading fashion, luxury & Fortune 500 companies.
She has in-depth knowledge about the latest digital transformation projects in the global retail space and insights from leading luxury brands who are currently building their own ‘retail stores of the future’.
With a strong passion to create human-centric innovations ahead of their time, Gintare is currently pioneering a few digital initiatives targetted at F&B, Hospitality and Retail industries in Singapore.
