Workshop facilitation can be daunting and tough. As an important component of research within User Experience (UX) Design and Service Design, the role of a facilitator is to both engage and manage effective outcomes from a workshop.

Like most skills, workshop facilitation is a muscle that can be exercised and improved over time. So what can you do to ensure your facilitation capabilities are up to scratch?

At our lunchtime event, Facilitate like a Boss, RichBrophy, CX Strategist at Tricky Jigsaw will explore:

  • What is facilitation and what role does it play in co-design?
  • What are the roles and responsibilities of a facilitator?
  • How do facilitators engage and manage people to get the most out of the workshop?
  • Different styles and approaches to workshop facilitation
