Event Details

When it comes to the success of some of the world’s biggest products, it’s easy to think that this was all due to a stroke of luck.

However, if we take a closer look, the most successful products are a part of a well thought-out product roadmap that includes plenty of room for experimentation, learning, and pivoting.

As the key artefact for many Product Managers, how do you create and execute a successful product roadmap?

At our exciting panel, Driving a Successful Product Roadmap: Melbourne Startup Stories, hear from some home-grown startups discuss:

  • What are some key lessons from implementing a product roadmap?
  • What would they do differently on some prior or unsuccessful roadmaps?
  • What details should be on a roadmap and who should be involved?
  • How product roadmaps may differ between startups and corporates
  • What are the benefits of a product roadmap?
