At our Design Thinking Masterclass, you’ll be introduced to the principles of Design Thinking and learn the core skills required to implement customised solutions. The masterclass will cover:

- How Design Thinking is applied in businesses
- Techniques used by Designers and Product Managers at key phases of the user journey including customer research, insight identification, synthesis, ideation, and prototyping
- An opportunity to practice Design Thinking principles through various activities
