Event Description

So you’ve got a killer idea. You’ve done your Business Model Canvas and thought about how to bring your idea to life and out it in the hands of users. But you’ve made many, many assumptions. How can we de-risk the business case for the idea by smashing some of those assumptions? How can we run experiments in order to bring more clarity to your business model or the idea itself?

We’ll explore:

  • a brief review of populating the canvas and identifying riskiest assumptions
  • types of experiments to run
  • practice populating an experiment canvas
  • learn how to incorporate findings into your pitch and business case
